They should implement a check that handles this error. Here is how it should work:

For Towering inferno:
If this error occurs, no players would get any cards and the card should be discarded.

For Well:
If this error occurs, the players which made the same action at the same time would both lose 1 card and the pile would gain 2 cards from them. The order of the 2 cards could be random.

For Triplet:
If this error occurs, the players which made the same action at the same time would both get 1.5 points and the 9 cards which are on the table would lose 3 cards normally.

For Poisoned gift:
If this error occurs, both targets would gain 1 card and only 1 card should be withdrawn from the pile. If the target is the same for both players, 1 card should be withdrawn from the pile and the target would gain 1 card normally. If the 2 players are targeting each other, the card should be discarded from the pile and none of the players would gain a card.

For Hot potato:
I don't know how to play this minigame yet, so I can't give any info here.
